Corporación América won a 30-year concession of Routes 2, 11, 36, 56, 63 and 74. This way it will run the main access routes to the most important beach destinations in Argentina.
Autovías del Mar is a partnership set up together with Benito Roggio e Hijos and Esuco. The initial private investment - without state subsidy – will amount to 500 million Argentine pesos. The plan includes the construction of a two-way road between Gral. Conesa and San Clemente del Tuyú in Route 11, on top of over 60 new road developments. Likewise, nearly 1,200 km of new routes will be built, which makes up a 25% increase of the current capacity. The planned investment for the full concession will require 8,000 million Argentine pesos.
